It was a rather Sunny day in Kochi, and a huge crowd of people came out on the streets. Well, Bollywood diva, Sunny Leone, was in the city for an inauguration and looking at the turn out at the event, we are sure that the organisers hit jackpot by inviting the actress for cutting the ribbon.
Sunny Leone enjoys a vastly polarised fandom in India. Sunny has seen the wrath of women’s organisation from Goa over condom ads. Even popular retired police officer, Kiran Bedi, went on a rant against the actress in the documentary, Mostly Sunny. And, on the other hand, Sunny has days when she witnesses as to just how much the country loves her.
In a picture shared by the actress on her social media pages, you can see a tiny white dot in middle of a sea of people, and it is only when you read the caption you’d know the white dot is in fact Sunny’s sedan. It goes without saying that Sunny was overwhelmed with the response. Not every day do you see a sea of people out on an extremely sunny day.

Police had a tough time getting the traffic moving as thousands virtually took over the Mahatma Gandhi Road for a glimpse of the actress, who was overwhelmed by the “sea of love”. On two occasions, policemen used canes to drive away the fans. Many climbed on to the roofs of buses and buildings.
